1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and any details you share when you fill out a form, book a call, use our live chat, or sign up for our services.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and the time of your visit. This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
Client data: when you use our CRM, we process the contact details of your own customers (for example names, phone numbers and messages) only on your behalf and only to provide the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and hold demo calls, set up and run the services you buy, send service updates and invoices, provide customer support, improve our website and services, and meet legal obligations.
3. SMS and phone communications
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your enquiry, appointments, account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us deliver the messages.
4. How we share information

We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, scheduling tool (Cal.com), website hosting, and payment processor. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
